Access the DS-260 Form:
Visit the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) at https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx. You’ll need your DV case number (e.g., 2025AF12345) and the principal applicant’s date of birth to log in.
Complete the DS-260 Form:
Ensure all information is accurate and complete. The form must be filled out in English, using English characters only.
Include All Eligible Family Members:
If your family circumstances have changed since your initial DV entry (e.g., marriage or the birth of a child), you must add these new family members to your case. You’ll need to upload documents proving your relationship to each added family member.
Submit and Print Confirmation:
After completing the form, submit it electronically. Then, print the confirmation page. You’ll need to bring this confirmation to your visa interview.
Await Interview Scheduling:
Once your DS-260 is processed, the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) will review it. If everything is in order, you’ll receive an email notification to check the Entrant Status Check on the E-DV website for your interview appointment details.
Prepare Supporting Documents:
Gather all necessary documents for your interview, such as:
• Valid passport
• Birth certificates
• Marriage and divorce certificates (if applicable)
• Police certificates
• Medical examination results
• Financial documents to demonstrate self-sufficiency
Ensure all documents are translated into English if they are in another language.

• Timeliness: Submit your DS-260 as soon as possible to secure an interview slot before the fiscal year ends.
